Welcome to our live Crossrope workout with a rebounder and a mat. You can adapt the class by using small dumbbells or wrist weights.

We’re alternating between the ropes on the rebounder and supple flow on the mat, 3 minutes on each section.

It’s a fast one, plus we are using Crossropes, it’s going to be an advanced class.

10 Minutes of TABATA goodness with 20 seconds working and 10 seconds of an active recovery.

It may be worth doing a warm up session before attempting this quick blast workout.

7 Minutes Series, Part 3 BootyBand

Part 3 of our 7 Minutes Series, we have 7 moves and are incorporating a medium Bootyband. The whole point of this series is that you can use this if you want something quick to complete after a long session and you still have some energy left for more.

A lovely way to rack up 6,000 steps. Even if you need a few thousand extra steps for the day, use this workout to help you get there.

Some great movements with 2 different exercises per minute so it’s a simple one to follow with a few combinations that will get those cogs turning in your head.

YouTube – Organise your exercise area so you are prepared with all your equipment where we will be alternating after 5 minutes.

Challenge yourself with the dumbbells and the Crossrope. It’s mainly an upper body workout with some lovely rebounding chucked in for good measure.

Adapt this class if you don’t have Crossropes by using small dumbbells, bottles of water or have your hands free.

We have some funky music set at a speed of 130BPM, so it’s an advanced speed. Work hard on this class and enjoy the 50 seconds of exercise, 10 seconds of prep for the next movement.

This is a tough class as Claire uses the Crossropes without a break. So be prepared for sore shoulder, biceps, triceps, forearms & wrists.

Oh yeah, the legs are going to feel it as the step has been raised. This will probably be more of an advanced video for most but just go for it.

Coordination and balance are going to be challenged, remember to adapt the class with small dumbbells if you don’t have any Crossropes.

20 Minutes Low Impact Aerobic, Light Dumbbells

Light dumbbells at the ready, 1kg (2.2lbs). Join Claire in cold, cold Mexico for some lovely movement on a mat.

You can use this if you are on holiday and don’t have your equipment with you, take out the dumbbells if needs be.

45 seconds working with 15 seconds recovery, help poor Claire get warm in these freezing conditions! 😆

34 Minutes Weights & Rebounding Switch

You’ll need dumbbells of your choice, I went for a low weight 6kg (13lbs), medium weight 9kg (20lbs) & heavy weights 14kg (30lbs).

We are switching between rebounder and weights in this HIIT class of 45 seconds working, 15 seconds preparing and rest.

I am also using a mat plus a bench, adapt if you do not have this equipment. The time is about to fly by in this simple class.

40 Minutes Crossrope & Core Workout

YouTube – Crossropes weighted at 1lb or use dumbbells to adapt. This is a circuit of 1 minute working with 20 seconds recovery.

We’re on and off the rebounder so use a mat. 

We begin with a warm up on the rebounder and then use the ropeless ropes. It’s a lovely speed, prepare to work your abs & obliques.

18 Minutes 2,000 Steps Weighted

We’ve got a rock movement in-between each exercise so this will be easy to follow.

I used a tall chair to rest my dumbbell on. Some of you will have places on your bike to put the weight but if you do not, find something sturdy and a good height for you to grab your dumbbell safely.

We have other props like a plastic pint glass and a broom if you want to make this class even more special, but they really aren’t needed. Merry Christmas to you all and a very happy New Year.

60 Minutes Live July Challenge

23 Minutes Rebounding Ropeless Routine

Working on some choreography, switch your brain on as we start with sets of 16, moving down to 8, then 4.

9 Minutes Bitesize Bounce Series

Look at Scott’s little excited face! If you have tried a few beginners classes with the Crossropes, try this one out for size.

You can use dumbbells instead if you do not have ropeless cords or you can use weighted gloves or weighted armbands.

Do your best not to bash yourself with the weighted part of the Crossropes and enjoy this HIIT number of 45 seconds working, 15 seconds rest.

20 Minutes Weighted Rebounding Session

There is a routine to start which we repeat 3 times, after we go through a toning section which again we repeat 3 times.

14 Minutes LIIT 2 Rebounding Workout

Dumbbells used today are light with Claire using 5kg & 3kg (11lbs & 6.6lbs) and I’m using 6kg & 4kg (13.2lbs & 8.8lbs)

17 Minutes Fundamental Rebounding Moves
