25 Minutes Intermediate Rebounding EMOM

Every minute on the minute. The meaning of this class is that you continue for as long as you can within a minute, then the move changes.

If you need a rest before the minute ends then take it. There’s plenty of variation on each move so you won’t get bored.

18 Minutes Rebounding, Ropeless Ropes & Dumbbells HIIT

Switching between the floor and the rebounder, we’re working for 1:30 minutes with 15 seconds to prepare for the next move.

To mix this class up and work a little harder, concentrate on pushing into the mat with your legs and try using both arms all the way until the end.

Such a lovely pace at 112BPM where we are working in blocks of 32 counts. As a beginner, this will help you to get used to the move and focusing on improving your balance.

25 Minutes Ropeless & Rebounder Dance

Lot’s of choreography in this fun class where Claire is using her 1/2 pound ropeless ropes.

There are 4 sections in total with a small gap after the second section to roll your shoulders and give your hands/wrists a break.

20 Minutes Rebounding Cardio Tabata

Silly Scott injured his back. This is a reoccurring injury which in all honesty is down to not enough stretching and too much high impact sport (he still thinks he’s 25!).

Everybody suffers in different ways and will have a different level of pain and injury. With that in mind, try this workout and please take it at your own pace. It’s about helping your back and not hindering.

7 Minutes Series, Part 7, Kettlebell

7 Minutes Series, Part 6, Resistance Band

Set up is key on this workout. You can wrap the resistance band around the rebounder leg. If you need more tension, wrap the band around the leg again. The step is only there so I don’t have to get on and off the rebounder.

Using medium weighted dumbbells, medium-heavy weighted dumbbells and a challenging kettlebell if you have one.

We switch between a movement on the rebounder, to a similar exercise using a weight on the floor or rebounder, whatever you choose.

Give those muscles a proper good workout in this one and done class.

32 Minutes Crossrope Medley

This can be used as a ‘take you away from normality’ class to give you some great vibes for the rest of the day.

45 Minutes Crossrope & BootyBand Lower Body Burn

It’s a spicy class as we have a rebounder, Crossropes & a BootyBand. 3 minute warm up followed by 6 sections of 6 minutes each.

If you don’t have bands or ropes, adapt the class as you can still enjoy this workout. To make this an advanced session, increase the weight on your ropes and increase the resistance on your BootyBand.
