15 Minutes Floor Based Low Impact Stability Ball

You do not need a rebounder for this class! The only thing that is bouncing is your stability ball.

Great class for those wanting a day of easy movement, older adults or if you have any injuries. Use the stability ball to help with your co-ordination and move your muscles all around your body.

To adapt this class, use a smaller ball and walk on the spot instead of travelling. For a tougher class, use big movements and squeeze the ball with lots of effort.

17 Minutes Fundamental Rebounding Moves

YouTube – If you have just started rebounding then this workout will help show you our bread and butter moves on a mini trampoline (all the basic moves).

Think about your posture throughout the class and listen to the experienced advice that Claire gives you.

To adapt this class, you can use a stability bar to assist with balance. Remember, it’s all about the push down into the mat and not bouncing high.

18 Minutes Couples Therapy Part 1

Working at 115BPM, we start with the basics with one person completing 8 movements whilst the other does a basic bounce. We go down to 4 and then 2 moves.

You can do this with somebody or without, just enjoy your exercise with Claire & I.

20 Minutes Beginners Plus Size Bounce

YouTube – It was requested that we offered a workout that was geared towards plus size participants, with a slower paced rhythm throughout the class. This session requires no knee raises or leg kicks but focuses on pushing down through the mat. I will show you how moves can be simplified by holding for counts of two, as well as offering a quicker pace for those who want it. Although the title states plus size, this is an ideal workout for a beginner or anyone needing to go back to basics. 

25 Minutes Low Impact Beginners Stability Bar

YouTube – This workout has been put together for people that are looking to work on their Balance and Co-ordination. Fantastic for older adults that want a low impact workout that is gentle on your joints, but still has great physical effects. A nice easy to follow routine that will get the blood pumping and the lymphatic system working. If you have a bar with your rebounder, then put it together and let’s give this a try.

30 Minutes Plus Size Series Part 3

A request from a magnificent member of another Plus Size workout but this time incorporating a little more fun choreography.  As with the other classes in this series, this is a progression from part 1 & 2, meaning the routine will be slightly more challenging if you are new to rebounding but still set at a slower pace.  

I hope that for those of you that are experienced rebounders this can be another low impact option for a quieter day.

25 Minutes Low Impact Plus Size Workout 2
