Slow and steady wins the race and with this class you are going to need to channel that balance and core stability.

This can be performed on or off the rebounder, depending on how hard you want to make it. I am using 3kg weights but there are times we use both or just one, so you may want to have a mixture of sizes available. A lovely add on class.

10 Minutes Low Impact Rebounding Circuit

26 Minutes Fixed Position Rebounding To Help with Balance

Perfect beginners class if balance is an issue. We bounce the whole way through but your feet stay on the mat and in the same position.

Plenty of arm movements with slight heel and toe lifts at a speed of 120BPM. I recorded this whilst I had a back injury and it really helped loosen my back and set me up for the day.

Use adaptations where necessary and let’s get moving.

30 Minutes Weights Then Bounce

YouTube – Starting with my 6kg (13lbs) dumbbells, we go through a full body workout. 20 repetitions of an exercise and then we switch to another.

We finish off with a lovely little bounce for 10 minutes at 120BPM to make a 30 minute workout in total.

To make this lower impact, use lighter dumbbells and adapt the class where you need to.

Some simple moves and some challenging moves, watch out for the crocodile movement!! Perfect class for any ability as you can ramp up your workout with heavier weights and harder bouncing or leave the weights in the rack and treat yourself to a lighter workout.

Lovely workout to use on a quieter day or to combine with a weight day and use this class to warm up the body.
