45 Minutes Live F45 Bounce Fit, Part 2

40 Minutes Bounce & Bend

Requested by one of you guys, we switch between using the rebounder for 5 minutes to floor based Supple Strength for 5 minutes using 1kg (2.2lbs) dumbbells.

Circuit format for 40 moves, 40 minutes and no repeats. 45 seconds working with 15 seconds recovery. Delightful session, get your bounce on!!!

12 Minutes Glutefest Session

Fest it up with another in the series, this one being 12 Minutes Glutefest.

We’re going to set those glutes on fire with 1 rebounding move and 1 toning move, also on the rebounder. This can be adapted to floor based to help with your balance.

45 seconds of glute madness with 15 seconds rest.

11 Minutes Bounce, Bands & Biceps

Using the resistance band, mine is medium/heavy tension, we chop and change from rebounding to a resistance band move, all on the trampoline.

Choose where you would like the band to be, either under one foot, under both feet or around a rebounder leg (please be careful with this, make sure your full body weight is on the rebounder before using the band).

Check that the resistance on your band is even on both handles.

7 Minutes Freshen Up Bounce

YouTube – This is an ideal rebounding snack. If you are sitting around not knowing what to do, give this a go to help boost your mood. Take a little break from your office chair and get on your rebounder for some mental health loving. Set at a pace of 120BPM & only 4 minutes long, this class would suit beginners-intermediates.
